Option 1: Delete In-App (Recommended)
 

1. Open the RollStrong app

2. Go to Profile tab

3. Tap Delete Account

4. Confirm deletion
    

Warning: This will permanently delete all your workout history, progress, achievements, and personal data. This action cannot be undone.

Option 2: Request Account Deletion via Email

If you cannot access the app, email us to request account deletion:

Email: support@rollstrongapp.com
Subject: Account Deletion Request

Include:
 

• Your registered email address

• Confirmation that you want to delete your account
   

We'll process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently delete:

• Your profile information (name, email, photo)

• All workout history and progress data

• Achievement badges and streaks

• User preferences and settings

• Any other personal data associated with your account
   

Subscription Cancellation

Important: Deleting your account does NOT automatically cancel your subscription.
To cancel your subscription:

• iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → RollStrong → Cancel

• Android: Play Store → Subscriptions → RollStrong → Cancel

Or manage through the app: Profile → Manage Subscription

Data Retention

We may retain certain data for legal compliance purposes:

• Transaction records (for accounting): 7 years

• Anonymized analytics (non-personal): Indefinitely
   

All personal data is deleted within 30 days of your deletion request.

Delete Specific Data (Without Deleting Account)

If you want to delete specific data but keep your account active:

Email: support@rollstrongapp.com

Specify which data you want deleted (e.g., workout history, profile photo, etc.)
This is especially useful for parents managing children's accounts who want to delete activity data while maintaining account access.
